About LiftN'GO
LiftN'GO is a B2B vehicle transport marketplace based in Toronto. We connect dealerships, rental agencies, and fleet companies with a network of vetted carriers across Canada through an online portal and mobile app. Clients post transport orders, compare carrier quotes, and book in one place. No subscriptions, no long-term commitments.
We process thousands of orders monthly and have built a strong base of repeat clients, primarily auto dealerships across Ontario and Quebec. We're at a stage where we have a working product, real revenue, and a high demo-to-close rate. The main constraint is outreach capacity.
The Role
You'll own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. That means finding potential clients, getting demos on the calendar, running them, and following up until they're active. You'll focus primarily on auto dealerships in Ontario but will also work fleet companies and rental agencies as the business grows.
This is not a lead-response role. You'll be building your own pipeline through outbound. The product is easy to demo and the value is clear once someone sees it, so the job is mostly about volume and consistency.
What you'll do
- Visiting dealerships across Canada to introduce LiftN'GO and demo our platform
- Prospecting and reaching out to dealers who could benefit from a simpler transport solution
- Reconnecting with past accounts and getting them back to active
- Building relationships with dealer principals, GMs, and used car managers
- Supporting active dealers and making sure they're getting value from the platform
- Managing your own pipeline and territory with autonomy
What we're looking for
- 2+ years in B2B sales or business development
- Experience running your own outbound pipeline
- Comfortable on the phone with cold contacts
- Clear, direct communicator, in writing and in person
- Experience with a CRM (Pipedrive, Salesforce, or similar)
- Based in or near Toronto
Nice to have
- Existing relationships with dealers in the GTA or Ontario
- Experience in automotive, vehicle remarketing, auctions, fleet, or transport
- Familiarity with digital platforms and tech-forward tools
Compensation
Base salary plus commission on closed revenue. We can discuss the structure depending on your experience and what you're coming from. OTE will be competitive for a high-volume B2B sales role in Toronto.

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
