CONSTRUCTION MANAGER - IMPACT CONSTRUCTION INC.

Impact is growing—and we’re looking for a driven, experienced Construction Manager to lead projects in Edmonton and surrounding areas. If you’re someone who thrives on building strong teams, delivering high-quality projects, and keeping jobs running safely and efficiently, we want to hear from you.
In this role, you’ll take ownership from pre-construction through completion—coordinating crews, managing schedules, overseeing budgets, and ensuring every project reflects Impact’s commitment to quality and safety. You’ll be the key link between field operations, and leadership.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead and manage multiple construction projects from start to finish
- Oversee site supervisors, trades, and subcontractors
- Maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
- Ensure all safety regulations and company policies are followed
- Communicate clearly with clients, engineers, and internal teams
- Problem-solve on site and keep projects moving forward
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in construction management or senior site leadership
- Strong understanding of commercial/residential construction processes
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage deadlines, budgets, and multiple priorities
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
- Valid driver’s license (required)
