About the Opportunity
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established residential builder in Regina that is looking to add an experienced Site Superintendent to their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong single-family residential construction experience who can manage day-to-day site operations, coordinate trades, maintain schedules, and ensure homes are delivered to a high standard of quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations for single-family residential home construction.
- Manage builds from excavation and foundation through framing, mechanical rough-ins, finishing, deficiencies, and final handover.
- Coordinate trades, suppliers, deliveries, inspections, and site activities to keep projects moving on schedule.
- Ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications, building codes, safety standards, and company quality expectations.
- Conduct regular site walks to monitor progress, workmanship, safety, cleanliness, and overall site organization.
- Identify and resolve site issues, trade conflicts, delays, and deficiencies in a timely manner.
- Communicate regularly with project managers, coordinators, trades, suppliers, warranty teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Hold trades accountable for timelines, quality, and site standards.
- Maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites.
- Support successful inspections, walkthroughs, and homeowner handovers.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Site Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, Site Supervisor, Foreman, or Lead Hand within single-family residential construction.
- Strong understanding of residential construction sequencing, trade coordination, site safety, and quality control.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, scopes of work, schedules, and specifications.
- Experience managing multiple homes or sites at different stages of construction is an asset.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with trades while maintaining accountability.
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation.
- Calgary or Alberta residential construction experience is considered an asset.

Pay: $80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
