Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Associate to serve as the first point of contact for our guests and clients. Responsibilities
- Greet guests and visitors warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, addressing inquiries and directing calls appropriately
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring accurate documentation and smooth processing
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with guest needs, questions, and requests
- Maintain front desk area in an organized and professional manner
- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate guest services and resolve issues promptly
- Keep records of guest interactions and transactions for reporting purposes
- Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments or reservations as needed
Experience
- Prior experience in front desk or reception roles preferred, especially within hospitality or hotel environments
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in person and over the phone
- Knowledge of multi-line phone systems and guest service protocols highly desirable
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enabling effective communication with diverse guests
- Familiarity with hospitality standards, hotel procedures, or related experience is advantageous
- Demonstrated professionalism, excellent phone etiquette, and a welcoming attitude are essential for success in this role
Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
