We're looking for a hardworking, outgoing person to join our door-to-door sales team. No sales experience is required — we'll teach you everything you need to know. What we can't teach is work ethic, coachability, and a positive attitude.
This is not a job where you sit behind a desk all day. You'll be outside, meeting homeowners, generating leads, and helping grow one of the fastest-growing exterior cleaning companies in the Fraser Valley.
What you'll be doing
- Speaking with homeowners in residential neighbourhoods
- Generating leads for window cleaning, house washing, gutter cleaning, and pressure washing services
- Recording customer information accurately
- Learning and following our sales system
- Working independently while maintaining communication with management
- Representing the company professionally
Requirements
- Comfortable talking to strangers
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to handle rejection without getting discouraged
- Competitive and motivated by goals
- Willing to work outdoors and walk for extended periods
- Coachable and eager to improve
