We're looking for an outstanding Customer Service Specialist to join our team.

What You'll Do
As one of the first people our customers interact with, you'll help support both our residential and automotive glass departments.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting walk in customers.
- Answering phones and responding to emails.
- Providing exceptional customer service.
- Assisting with customer follow up.
- Coordinating with suppliers.
- Receivables.
- Daily mail and filing.
- General office administration.
- Supporting the day to day operation of the office.
- Assisting our residential and automotive teams wherever needed.
As your knowledge and experience grow, you'll have opportunities to take on additional responsibilities, including residential estimating, auto glass claims, scheduling, and project coordination.
Who We're Looking For
Customer service experience is required.
Experience in residential glass, automotive glass, construction, estimating, building supplies, automotive dealerships, insurance, or a related industry is an asset, but not required.

Requirements
- Minimum two years of customer service experience.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation.

Pay: $22.00-$35.00 per hour
