Halton Honda is looking for experienced sales professionals to join our sales team. We are a family-owned dealership with a high CXI rating. Our sales management team has over 80 years of experience with Honda to assist in your success. As an Automotive Sales Representative, your primary focus will be to promote the sale of new Honda vehicles at our Burlington dealership. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our current customers as well as finding new accounts. We offer an industry-leading pay plan with bonus structure, along with health & dental benefits.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Outgoing with a friendly personality can use social media to conduct business development and networking activities to generate a sale
- Initiating and maintaining relationships with customers through outbound sales activities
- Taking customers through a thorough needs analysis, making suitable product recommendations and organizing test drives
- Negotiating deals with customers
- Accurately logging activities on the internal management system
- Delivering sold vehicles personally to ensure quality service and to generate referral
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Automotive experience preferred
- Valid Driver’s License
- Active OMVIC License
- Devoted team-player
- Self-driven and motivated to achieve results
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with generating and/or building a loyal client base highly regarded
- Knowledge of current trends, news, plus a strong desire to learn
