Position overview:
The successful candidate will create holistic annual marketing plans, work closely with both internal & external partners, and deliver against the company’s business objectives and priorities. Prefer Candidate with a consumer electronics background but not a master's.
Responsibilities:
- Accountable for product marketing strategic planning and developing value propositions and insight driven programs
- In charge of the full process, from campaign planning to implementation and post campaign performance review
- Able to independently develop, execute, and optimize the annual marketing plans for the portfolio while continuously seeking new opportunities and driving growth
- Have strong interpersonal skills and be able to work closely with cross-functional teams to support customer needs
- Maintain excellent and strong strategic partnerships with external business partners to achieve business objectives
- Analyze the marketing data, generate various campaign ROI and provide actionable recommendations
- Creative enough to strive for innovation and continuous improvement in marketing initiatives and maintain a high level of awareness and expertise on market dynamics and trends
- Work closely with our online marketing, retail marketing, and store operations to ensure flawless execution of the campaigns
- Detailed attention to facilitate day-to-day execution of product marketing-related duties
- Understand partners/vendors’ business strategies and provide sound recommendation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- More than 3 years proven experience in Marketing within a retail environment
- Strong growth mindset and able to identify and execute new opportunities
- Project management experience to effectively present and implement action plans
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with internal and external parties
- Strong written and verbal communication and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and problem solving.
- Excellent knowledge of the Windows software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Optimistic, Positive and Passionate with “can do attitude.”
- Solid working experiences in Consumer Electronics and PC & PC Components is preferred
