The Trade-Mark Group of Companies is looking for another Collections Clerk to join our growing team. Role responsibilities include:
- Contacting customers regarding overdue accounts and determine reasons for non-payment
- Making payment arrangements with the customers
- Proactively managing the A/R balance for each customer's account
- Following up on all accounts prior to the due date in order to ensure prompt payment
- Assisting with collection risk assessment
- Escalating problem accounts in a timely manner
- Assist in reconciling account balance discrepancies
- Assist with customer credit risk analysis and corresponding credit rating
