Sukiyaki House is looking for passionate and motivated chefs to join our team. At Sukiyaki House we focus on traditional sushi and Japanese cuisine, done with a modern flair and elegance. Our ideal candidate will be working alongside and report to our Head Chef, Koji Kobayashi. You will get the opportunity to learn from Koji Kobayashi, who is trained in the art of Kaiseki in Japan.

Some of the job duties, but not limited to:
- cleaning dishes and work areas
- inventory and waste management
- manage sushi bar/kitchen operations
- prepare cook food as directed, meeting dietary requirements where required
- follow recipes and presentation requirements
- adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
Qualifications we are looking for:
- 2-years experience in the industry
- Experience in Japanese cuisine is recommended but not necessary
- knowledge and ability to butcher chicken/beef is an asset
- basic kitchen knowledge and cleanliness
