We’re looking for reliable, detail-oriented cleaners to join our growing team at Premier Stays. We manage short-term rental properties (like Airbnb and VRBO) across Calgary and pride ourselves on maintaining the highest cleanliness standards for our guests.
What You’ll Do:
- Clean and reset furnished short-term rental units between guest stays
- Change linens, reporting to restock supplies, and ensure properties are guest-ready
- Report damages or maintenance issues through our system
- Maintain communication with our operations team for scheduling and check-ins
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred)
- If you don’t drive, public transportation is available for most our properties
- Must be dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Prior cleaning experience (Airbnb, hotel, or residential) is an asset but not required
Compensation:
- Starting pay: $16/hr
- Bonuses available for consistent performance and reliability
- Part-time, averaging 20 hours per week (flexible schedule)
