What You’ll Be Doing:

Preparing and cooking seafood dishes with precision and care
- Maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness
- Supporting prep and plating during busy hours
- Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service

Experience in a kitchen environment (professional or personal—we value passion!)
- Strong knife skills and attention to detail
- Ability to stay cool under pressure and work as part of a team
- Interest in seafood, sustainability, and local ingredients
