Summary
Join Insuranceland as a RIBO-licensed Inside Sales - Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to handle inbound and outbound client calls, generate new business, and provide exceptional service. In this role, you will be a vital part of our team, helping clients find the best insurance solutions and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Important: Only candidates with a valid RIBO license will be considered.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients seeking personal lines insurance products.
- Assist clients with policy inquiries, quotes, and coverage options.
- Promote insurance products through inbound and outbound calls and follow-ups.
- Prepare home and auto quotes using Compu-Quote and company portals.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Prepare applications and documentation for new customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet targets and improve service delivery.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and product offerings.
- Support marketing initiatives to attract new clients.
- Ensure compliance with RIBO licensing requirements.
- Qualifications
- RIBO license is mandatory.
- Proven experience in customer service or insurance sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Multilingual abilities are considered an asset.
- Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills.

Pay: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
