Ron Hodgson Chevrolet Buick GMC is building a new Customer Care Department and is looking for an outstanding Customer Care Representative (CCR) to join our team.
This position combines elements of customer service, appointment coordination, customer retention, sales support, service support, and relationship development. While telephone communication is an important part of the role, this is not a traditional call centre or appointment-setting position.
Our Customer Care Representatives help customers throughout their ownership journey by identifying opportunities, coordinating communication, supporting both our Sales and Service Departments, and ensuring no customer opportunity is lost through lack of follow-up.
What You’ll Do
- Contact customers by telephone, email and text
- Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-up activities
- Support customer retention initiatives
- Assist Sales and Service customer campaigns
- Build positive customer relationships
- Document customer interactions using our CRM and Customer Care operating system
- Identify new customer opportunities
- Work closely with Service Advisors, Sales Consultants and Managers

Compensation & Growth
- Full-time permanent position
- Starting wage: $24.00 per hour
- Structured monthly performance incentive program
- Expected annual earnings of approximately $55,000–$63,000, depending on performance
