Position Overview
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Clerk to support our office operations. This is a part-time, in-person role suited for someone with strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain accurate and structured records.
Work Schedule
- 3–4 days per week
- 4–5 hours per day
- Schedule may be in the morning or afternoon, depending on operational needs
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems
- Ensure accurate storage, tracking, and retrieval of documents
- Perform data entry and general administrative/clerical duties
- Assist with scanning, copying, and document preparation
- Maintain orderly and up-to-date records
- Support office operations with general administrative tasks
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and accuracy
Qualifications
- Experience: Entry-level to 1 year of experience as an Administrative Clerk or similar role
- Strong ability to organize and manage files effectively
- Computer Skills:
- Basic: Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Advanced: Microsoft Excel
- Subject Knowledge: Basic understanding of the accounting cycle
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good time management and ability to work independently
- Reliable, organized, and proactive
- Must currently reside in Edmonton or nearby areas
- No specific educational background required
