We are currently seeking an experienced Landscape Construction Foreman to join our team. This leadership role is ideal for a motivated, organized professional who thrives in a hands-on environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality results.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and supervise a crew of up to five team members
- Promote a culture of safety and ensure all health and safety standards are followed
- Organize and manage job sites on a daily basis
- Order and coordinate materials required for each project
- Communicate professionally with clients and provide ongoing customer service
- Oversee installation of landscape and hardscape projects, including:
- Soil preparation and sod installation
- Planting of shrubs and trees
- Boulders, stone, and landscaping fabric
- Mulch and finishing materials
- Retaining walls, decks, and related structures
- Perform basic maintenance on landscaping equipment
- Submit timesheets, safety documentation, and required project reports
- Manage timelines to ensure projects are completed efficiently and properties are left clean and manicured
- Maintain company vehicle and equipment in a clean and organized manner
- Train and mentor new crew members
- Complete other duties as required
What We’re Looking For
- Applicant must have, class 5 valid drivers license
- Ideally 500 hours skid steer/kubota tractor experience
- 3–5 years of landscaping experience
- 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or foreman role
- Post-secondary education in horticulture or equivalent hands-on experience
- Strong knowledge of plant materials and horticultural installation practices
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, organize, and support a team
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working long hours outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, trustworthy, and punctual (varied start times may apply)
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing repetitive tasks including bending, kneeling, and standing
- High school diploma or GED
