To work with our team at Markham Veterinary Clinic you must be as excited to work with people as you are to work with pets! You must have strong communication skills, be well organized, able to solve problems, work independently and with a team and actively participate in initiatives to achieve clinic and team goals. As an AAHA and an AAFP accredited hospital, we strive to deliver excellent care for pets and their families! Keeping them happy and healthy is our #1 priority.
Veterinary Assistant: Duties will include, but are not limited to: animal restraint, walking dogs outside, care of hospital and lodging patients, general housekeeping, admission and discharge of lodging pets and bathing pets. Must be available evenings, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Looking for part time. Week day availability is an asset but not required.
