What You’ll Be Doing
- Perform oil changes, tire services, and routine maintenance with speed and accuracy
- Spot additional service needs during inspections and communicate them to the team
- Assist with basic repairs and diagnostics
- Keep your bay clean, organized, and moving efficiently
- Stay productive throughout the day without needing direction
What We’re Looking For
- Automotive or mechanical experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Self-starter who looks for opportunities, not instructions
- Comfortable communicating and working within a team
- Reliable, punctual, and accountable
Important
This is a performance-driven shop. Team members who take initiative and stay productive tend to do very well here. Those looking for a slower-paced environment usually don’t last.
Compensation & Benefits
- $19–$20/hour starting wage
- Up to $24/hour for experienced, high-performing technicians
- Performance bonuses based on output and contribution
