Warehouse Manager - Edmonton
Ecoline Windows is a leading manufacturer and installer of high-quality replacement windows, doors, and patio doors for the residential market. To support our continued growth, we are seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee operations in our Edmonton warehouse.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the receiving, handling, storing, picking, and packing activities within the warehouse, ensuring quality standards are met at every turn
- Achieve inventory accuracy, coordinate orders, and track shipping times, ultimately overseeing the fulfillment of orders every day
- Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory management, gate processes, and shipping
- Oversee daily operations, while controlling and managing inventory and logistics
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in shipping and receiving
- Able to lift and handle up to 45 lbs., walk, sit, and crouch
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Sheets
- Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities
- Ability to work with all levels of company staff
- Valid driver's license
- Knowledge of Ukrainian and/or Russian is considered an asset.
