Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Construction Worker to join our team. This role involves hands-on participation in various construction projects, including site preparation, building, and maintenance. Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including clearing and leveling ground
- Perform paving tasks and other surface finishing activities
- Carry out general construction duties such as framing, concrete pouring, and material handling
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment for all team members
- Load and unload construction materials and tools as needed
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and to specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work site to promote safety and productivity
Skills
- Experience or familiarity with heavy equipment operation is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Knowledge of paving techniques and general construction processes is advantageous
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong attention to safety procedures and protocols
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment
