We’re hiring immediately for Roofing Labourers in Nanaimo and Prince George, BC at $23 to $28 per hour, with growth opportunities up to $40 per hour.

About the Role
This is a hands-on, entry-level position where you’ll work alongside experienced roofers, learn the trade from the ground up, and prove what you’re made of. No experience is required. We’re looking for people who show up ready, stay coachable, and want to build a real future in the trade.
Starting Pay
$23–$28/hour, with growth opportunities up to $40/hour
What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting the installation and repair of residential and commercial roofing systems under the guidance of experienced Installers and Foremen

Carrying, staging, and organizing materials on job sites to keep the crew moving efficiently

Keeping job sites clean, safe, and professional from setup to pack-down every day

Learning roofing techniques, tools, and safety standards hands-on from people who know the trade inside out

Completing paid Fall Arrest training and required safety training as part of your onboarding

Showing up every day as a contributing member of a crew that holds itself to a higher standard than most
