Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Commercial Lawn Maintenance Crew Member to join our landscaping team. This role involves working outdoors to maintain and enhance commercial properties through various landscaping and maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will have a passion for gardening, horticulture, and landscape upkeep, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Prior experience with landscaping, or operating power tools is a plus. This position offers an opportunity to develop skills in landscape maintenance while contributing to the beautification of commercial spaces.
Duties
- Perform lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and general groundskeeping to ensure property aesthetics meet company standards
- Assist with planting, pruning, fertilizing, and other gardening activities to promote healthy landscapes
- Conduct routine maintenance on tools and machinery to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Maintain safety protocols during all operations and ensure work areas are clean and organized
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
Qualifications
- Experience or knowledge in gardening, horticulture, or landscape maintenance preferred
- Mechanical knowledge related to equipment operation and maintenance is a plus
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment
- Physical stamina for outdoor labor including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
