Overview
We are seeking experienced B2B mobility sales professionals to operate as independent contractors selling business mobility solutions through our authorized Rogers Communications channel.
This role is designed for individuals who already know how to source and close deals and want higher earnings, full control, and access to carrier-backed resources—without the constraints of a traditional telecom role.
What You’ll Do (Primary Responsibility)
- Prospect, qualify, and close new B2B mobility opportunities
- Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to signed agreement
- Oversee client onboarding and deployment
- Maintain and grow client relationships
IT Referrals (Additional Revenue Stream)
- Identify and introduce qualified IT opportunities
- No responsibility for quoting, implementation, or support
- Earn recurring commissions on successful referrals

Compensation
- Mobility Sales:
- High commissions per deal
- No cap
- No residuals
- IT Referrals:
- Ongoing recurring commissions

Requirements
- 5+ years experience in B2B telecom/mobility sales
- Proven ability to generate and close your own opportunities
- Comfortable managing onboarding and deployment independently
- Strong understanding of Canadian carrier offerings and pricing structures
- Self-motivated with a contractor mindset
