Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Team Memberto join our dynamic team in a fast-paced food service environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining food safety standards, and supporting daily restaurant operations. Duties
- Prepare and assemble food items following established recipes and sanitation standards
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and payment handling
- Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Handle cash transactions accurately and perform cash handling duties with integrity
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in compliance with food safety regulations
- Support team members in various tasks such as serving, food handling, and restocking supplies
Experience
- No previous experience required, but willingness to learn will be very important!
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and work efficiently under pressure
