Project Manager – Architectural Millwork

We are an architectural millwork / cabinet shop that employs 35 skilled craftspeople at our 33,000 sq ft facility in Hamilton, Ontario.
This is a custom millwork operation and as such, projects come in all shapes and sizes. Our clients are sophisticated individuals, corporations and designers that demand the utmost in quality and attention to detail. Expect to be challenged and learn new techniques along the way.
You are:
An experienced Project Manager with a knack for building and maintaining relationships with clients, vendors, and co-workers. You are an organized and detail-oriented person who can lead a project from initial planning through to completion while maintaining budget constraints.
Duties include: managing drawings and sample approvals; ordering of custom hardware, glass, fabrics & metal work; developing and maintaining project schedule, identify when change notices are required; providing on-site measuring; supervision of installation team; coordinating site meetings and collaboration with other trades; liaison with general contractor site supervisor.
Basic requirements: Understanding of millwork / cabinet construction concepts; travel throughout Ontario; ability to read drawings; Computer skills – AutoCAD, Revit & Microsoft Office

Pay: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
