On behalf of our client, Procom is searching for a Change Management Specialist for a full-time role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Winnipeg office.
Change Management Specialist - Job Description:
The project aims to enhance healthcare delivery transformation through advanced information and communication technology. The focus is on implementing efficient, effective information management processes across the provincial health sector.
Change Management Specialist - Responsibilities:
- Conduct organizational readiness assessments and stakeholder analysis
- Identify risks and develop change management plans
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop communication strategies
- Provide communication coaching
- Develop training materials and curriculum for process changes
- Perform change management during EHR implementations or upgrades
Change Management Specialist - Mandatory Skills:
- Valid Prosci (ADKAR) Change Management Certification
- 10 years' experience in organizational change management for IT or process solutions
- 5 years' experience in executive communications
- 2 years' experience in clinical change management
- 5 years' experience in training development for large organizations
- 2 years' experience with EHR implementation in a clinical environment
Change Management Specialist – Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in healthcare-related projects
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with EEIS or similar systems
- Ability to work in a complex, dynamic environment
Change Management Specialist – Assignment Length:
The assignment is from August 4, 2026, to March 31, 2027, with an option to extend to June 30, 2027.
