Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Develop detailed project documentation including process flows, use cases, and functional specifications using tools like Visio.
- Design and optimize databases, including database design and management using Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or similar systems.
- Conduct data analysis using SQL, R, Python, Power BI, Tableau, and VBA to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Support project management activities within Agile frameworks and SDLC methodologies to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
- Create dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for decision-makers.
- Assist in the development of automation scripts using Bash (Unix shell) for data processing tasks.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to implement solutions that enhance business operations and efficiency.
Skills
- Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC processes.
- Project management experience with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Expertise in business analysis techniques and requirements gathering.
- Advanced knowledge of database design and management using Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or similar platforms.
- Programming skills in R, Python, VBA, and Bash (Unix shell) for data manipulation and automation.
- Experience with analytics tools and techniques for comprehensive data analysis skills.
- Familiarity with analysis tools such as Visio for process mapping.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business language. Pay: $49,683.34-$110,038.29 per year
