Job Summary
We are seeking motivated individuals for various positions within the food service and hospitality industry. Duties
- Provide exceptional guest services by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Prepare and handle food items following proper food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as assembling dishes, garnishing, and maintaining cleanliness in kitchen areas
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy hours
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas in compliance with health regulations
- Handle cash transactions accurately and balance cash drawers at the end of shifts
- Support team members in various roles as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Basic math skills for cash handling and POS operations
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation procedures
- Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Experience with Micros POS systems is a plus but not mandatory
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and evenings if needed
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation
- Food handling certification or willingness to obtain certification is desirable
- Prior experience in hospitality, serving, or the food industry is advantageous
