First National Fire Protection is a growing GTA commercial fire protection company. We bring you steady sprinkler installation, service, and inspection work across commercial, industrial, and multi-residential properties.
Our contract rates run $55–$70/hour. If you're licensed, experienced, and reliable, the math is simple.
Please read the requirements before applying. Applications missing a valid sprinkler fitter licence will not be reviewed.
THE WORK
- Sprinkler system installation, service, and repairs (wet, dry, pre-action)
- Annual and periodic inspections per NFPA 25 and the Ontario Fire Code
- Retrofit and tenant-fit-out projects in occupied commercial buildings
- Digital work orders with full scope and site details provided upfront — no guesswork
MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS (non-negotiable)
- Valid Ontario Sprinkler and Fire Protection Installer certificate of qualification
- Minimum 3 years hands-on installation and service experience
- Own vehicle and tools
- Valid G licence with clean abstract
- $2M commercial general liability insurance (or willingness to obtain before first dispatch)
- WSIB clearance certificate or independent operator status
NICE TO HAVE
- Red Seal endorsement (Sprinkler Fitter)
- Backflow prevention tester certification (OWWA/AWWA)
- Experience with fire pump testing
