About the Role
CalScapes is a Calgary-based property services company growing fast and we're adding a field sales rep who wants to earn serious money doing it. You'll be out in the field every day, pitching landscaping and snow removal contracts to homeowners and property managers, closing deals on the spot, and getting paid the same week.
This isn't a desk job. If you're a grinder who wants uncapped commission and a base that keeps you from starting at zero keep reading.
What You'll Be Doing
- Canvassing assigned Calgary territories door-to-door
- Pitching landscaping and snow removal contracts to residential and commercial clients
- Closing deals on the spot same-week commission payouts
- Building a book of recurring clients (these contracts renew every year)
- Competing alongside a high-energy team that will push you to be better

- High energy and self-motivated you don't wait to be told what to do
- Strong communicator who can read a room and adapt
- Competitive mindset you keep score and you want to win
- Thick skin rejection doesn't rattle you, it resets you
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
What You'll Earn
- $1,500–$2,000/week + guaranteed base you're not starting from zero
- Uncapped commission your ceiling is whatever you're willing to work for
- Top reps earn $6,000–$8,000/month
