What You'll Do
Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming phone calls professionally and assisting customers
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail
- Preparing monthly customer invoices using Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Following up on outstanding invoices
- Helping with reports to help others in the office
- Assisting with payroll administration
- Organizing company expenses and assisting with quarterly HST submissions
- Preparing proposals and marketing materials
- Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory
- Maintaining organized paper and electronic filing systems
- Requesting and maintaining WSIB certificates
- Assisting with customer management and office administration
- Helping set up laptops and workstations for new employees
- Keeping our office organized, welcoming, and running efficiently
- Providing administrative support to the team wherever needed
