Originally focused on ADHD care, FasTreat is expanding into hormone health, including menopause care, HRT, testosterone health, and related wellness services.
Position Overview
We are hiring a licensed Physician to join our Hormone Health Clinical Team.
This is a patient-facing virtual care role.
This role focuses on:
- Virtual hormone health assessments
- Lab review and treatment planning
- HRT / hormone therapy management
- Patient education and follow-up care
- Clinical safety and escalation
Responsibilities
- Assess patients for hormone-related concerns, including menopause, perimenopause, HRT, and testosterone-related symptoms
- Review medical history, risk factors, medications, and relevant labs
- Develop evidence-based treatment plans
- Prescribe and manage hormone therapy where clinically appropriate
- Provide follow-up care and monitor treatment response
- Identify contraindications, red flags, and cases requiring referral
- Document care clearly in the EMR
- Support clinical protocol and quality improvement when needed
Requirements
- MD or equivalent medical degree
- Active medical license in Canada
- CMPA membership or equivalent coverage
- Experience in family medicine, women’s health, men’s health, endocrinology, sexual health, or hormone therapy
- Comfortable with virtual care and EMR documentation
- Strong judgment around prescribing, lab monitoring, and patient safety
