On a day-to-day basis, you will:
- Extract and enter structured data from documents, systems, and reports
- Review data for accuracy and completeness, making corrections as needed
- Organize and maintain datasets using Microsoft Excel
- Apply Excel functions (e.g., SUM, IF, VLOOKUP) to support data tasks
- Assist in updating and maintaining automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate
- Follow established procedures for data handling and documentation
- Support team members with data-related tasks and administrative duties
These individuals will work in a fast paced environment and conduct themselves in a professional manner where communicating using business acumen lingo will be necessary.
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in Data Analytics, Computer Science, or Information Systems or a related field
- Previous internship, co-op, or administrative/data entry experience
- Familiarity with structured data (e.g., spreadsheets, forms, databases)
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Good understanding of Excel functions and data organization
- Interest or exposure to Microsoft Power Automate or similar tools is an asset
- Experience with JSON
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
This position offers a Hybrid work schedule. After training in person, you will be required to be in the Stratford office two days each week, with the ability to work from home for the remainder of the week (subject to specific business needs requiring office attendance). When working from home, a reliable internet connection is required.
Remote work is supported with cloud-based applications and collaboration tools.
