Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Casual Cleaner to join our team. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various commercial facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and experience in cleaning and facilities maintenance. Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal in commercial spaces
- Ensure restrooms, kitchens, and common areas are maintained to high cleanliness standards
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and effectively
- Conduct routine facilities maintenance as needed, such as replacing light bulbs or reporting repairs
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans upon request
Requirements
- Prior experience in cleaning, commercial cleaning, or facilities maintenance is preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Good physical stamina to perform cleaning duties which may involve standing, bending, or lifting light loads
- Reliable transportation is a plus for flexible scheduling needs
- Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a professional attitude at all times
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
