About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Receiving Support Associate to join our team in Quebec. This role will support daily warehouse and receiving operations while helping ensure smooth inbound shipment handling and inventory organization. This is a great opportunity to contribute to supporting Lyft operations in Canada and grow within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Stay at the receiving gate and welcome carriers for inbound shipments
- Receive and unload FedEx-type deliveries and light skids using a pallet jack/hand jack
- Sort incoming materials and prepare receivings
- Match packing list quantities with received materials
- Identify, annotate, and document discrepancies or damaged materials with pictures and communicate them to the Receiving Supervisor
- Support the receiving team with labeling and inventory put-away during periods of high receiving volume
- Maintain organization and cleanliness within the receiving area
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and wear required safety equipment
Required Skills & Qualifications
- French fluency is mandatory
- English speaking and writing skills are a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret packing lists, part numbers, purchase orders, quantities, and tracking information
- Clear written communication skills
- Experience handling electrical and mechanical pallet jacks
- Ability to lift boxes up to 30 pounds
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and wearing safety equipment such as steel-toe shoes and safety vests

Pay: $20.00 per hour
