Our culinary crew rotates through The Hatching Post, Crown & Thieves, Black Swift Vineyards,, and multiple upcoming projects! This is a canvas for you to execute impeccable dishes and continue carving your unique path in the culinary world alongside a team of seasoned artisans.
What You’ll Do:

Off-site events / catering at our locations

Cooking on the line and prepping for service.

Preparing orders as they come in and executing them to company standard.

Daily duties included cleaning and organizing.
What we need from you:

Looking for beginners to experienced

A passion and commitment to hospitality, teamwork, and fun.

A willingness to learn and an openness to feedback, coaching, and mentorship.

Must be able to follow recipes and take instructions from Chef and Sous Chef.

Great knife skills are an asset.

Food Safe certification is an asset.
