Description
We are currently looking for a qualified General Office Clerk to join the Formula Storage team. This position is full-time and located at our East Brampton facility.
Here are the responsibilities of as a Office Clerk at Formula Storage
Position Duties:
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Manage/file clients paperwork
- Read and explain contracts for customers
- Conduct showings of units and offices at the facility
- Compose reports and invoices
- Provide administrative support as necessary
- General cleaning of the facility and grounds
Positions Qualifications
- Post-secondary education preferred
- 2+ years of previous experience in a similar position
- Warm and collaborative personality
- An autonomous and organized individual who can follow up on several tasks and who will proactively reach out to peers, ensuring the respect of processes and completion of tasks
- Take initiative when issues or improvement opportunities arise
- Communicate perfectly in English (oral and written)
- Working knowledge of Windows and the Microsoft suite
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds

- Able to pick up shifts during normal work week: Yes
- Evening commitments: Occasional extra hours for yard maintenance with potential of Saturdays in future
