Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor for a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity in the L4K 3A8 area, north of Highway 407 and Keele Street. This role is ideal for a hands-on warehouse leader with strong experience in distribution, inventory control, shipping and receiving, transportation coordination, and team supervision.
The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee daily warehouse operations, support a team of warehouse staff and delivery drivers, and help ensure accurate order fulfillment, safe work practices, efficient product flow, and reliable delivery performance. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, order picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and workflow priorities.
- Lead, coach, train, and motivate a team of approximately 15 to 20 warehouse employees and delivery drivers.
- Maintain warehouse layouts and product mapping to improve product flow, picking efficiency, and overall operational accuracy.
- Oversee cycle counts, inventory transfers, replenishment activities, FIFO practices, and routine inventory accuracy checks.
- Monitor order fulfillment accuracy, investigate picking errors, complete audits, and identify root causes for process improvement.
- Coordinate driver routing, productivity, service levels, vehicle inspection documentation, and compliance with workplace health and safety standards.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $56,160 to $60,320 per year.
