Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented office administration staff member to cover a maternity leave with possibility of becoming permanent. The ideal candidate will have the ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Handling inbound and outbound phone calls
- Data entry
- Scheduling appointments
- Interpersonal communications (in-person, telephone, electronic mail)
- Process payments
- Provide assistance to the rest of the admin team or appraisers as needed
Skills
- Strong administrative skills with a focus on organization and attention to detail.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Bilingual - English and French (spoken and written)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Technology Competent with experience with Microsoft Office is a must. (Experience with Salesforce would be considered an asset)
- Ability to work responsibly with confidential information
This is a Monday-Friday position from 8:30am-5pm.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.50-$21.00 per hour
