HVAC Service Technician – Barrie & Surrounding Area

We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team.
Compensation:
- $30.00–$45.00 per hour
- Based on experience, licensing, qualifications, and demonstrated skill level

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, service, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC equipment
- Service furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, water heaters, HRVs, and ductless systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal inspections
- Troubleshoot electrical, refrigeration, and control-related issues
- Complete service documentation and work orders accurately
- Communicate findings and repair recommendations to customers
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused attitude at all times
Qualifications:
- G2 Gas Technician License (G1 considered an asset)
- ODP Certification
- Valid G Driver’s License with clean abstract
- Experience servicing residential and/or commercial HVAC equipment
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
