Role
Reporting to Purchaser, with close ties to the management team , manages and dispensing parts inventories, including ordering, receiving, inspecting, sorting, and shipping parts, while also providing customer service and maintaining records.
Responsibilities
- Looking up and ordering parts as needed
- Making product recommendations
- Assisting the service department with all their parts needs
- Ensuring all parts are added to repair orders
- Answering phone calls and generating parts quotes as necessary
- Assisting other staff with shipping and receiving
- Managing inventory
- Unloading/loading parts and equipment
- Keeping workspace and bays clean and organized
- Ensuring adequate inventory for future jobs
- Maintaining open lines of communication between Shop and Service departments
- Safety duties as assigned e.g. Safety Representative
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00-$28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 60.0 per week
