Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated, tech-savvy, and analytical Junior Financial Systems Analyst to support the ongoing enhancement, implementation, and optimization of our EPM platform. In this role, you will work closely with the Sr. Specialist, Finance Systems on transformation to help revolutionize reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and workflow automation.
You will work not only with traditional financial systems but also help integrate AI-driven tools and automated workflows into our daily finance operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who wants exposure to financial systems, data analysis, and enterprise transformation initiatives.
Main Responsibilities

Support implementation and enhancement initiatives within the EPM platform, including the adoption of native AI and machine learning features;

Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes by leveraging AI productivity tools;

Help maintain and improve FP&A models, templates, workflows, and reporting structures;

Work with finance partners including accounting to gather business requirements
and document processes; -
Support data validation, reconciliation, and system-testing activities;

Assist in identifying opportunities for automation and process optimization;

Create and maintain user documentation and training materials;

Support month-end and quarterly reporting activities;

Coordinate with Finance, IT, and external implementation partners as required;

Provide end-user support and troubleshooting for finance partners.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, information systems, or related field;

1–3 years of experience in FP&A, finance transformation, financial systems, consulting, or business analysis;

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel including Power Query and comfort utilizing generative AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini, Copilot) to accelerate workflows and analyze data;

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
-
Excellent communication and organizational skills;

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
-
Exposure to EPM/CPM platforms such as Anaplan, Adaptive Planning, Vena or Oracle Hyperion;

Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes;

Familiarity with Power BI, SQL, or data visualization tools;

Experience supporting system implementations or transformation initiatives;

Knowledge of ERP systems is considered an asset.
