Lead Painter
About the Role: We're looking for a reliable and skilled painter to join Anderson Works as our Lead Painter for the summer season and beyond. This is a hands-on role where you'll be running residential and light commercial painting projects while we focus on growing the business. As we grow, there will be opportunities to move into other roles like project management, sales, or marketing if that interests you. If you're someone who takes pride in quality work, can work independently, and wants to grow with a young company, this could be a great fit.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Execute interior and exterior painting projects (residential repaints, new construction, light commercial)
- Prep and paint surfaces to achieve flawless, professional results
- Manage job sites independently once you're up to speed
- Maintain extremely high standards – we don't cut corners
- Communicate professionally with clients and keep job sites clean and safe
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of painting experience with obsessive attention to detail
- Solid skills in surface prep, cutting in, rolling, and finishing
- Comfortable working independently and problem-solving
- Reliable, good communicator, and takes pride in quality work
- Bonus: drywall repair, spray experience, or carpentry skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.00-$40.00 per hour
