Duties
- Provide a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments tailored to individual client needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and equipment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Engage with clients to understand their preferences and offer professional advice on hair care and styling options.
- Upsell hair care products and services to enhance client satisfaction and promote retail sales.
- Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, checking clients in and out, and handling payments.
- Foster strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling techniques and products to provide informed recommendations.
Skills
- Proficient in hair styling techniques with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Experience in front desk operations within a salon or similar environment is preferred.
- Strong upselling abilities to effectively promote products and services.
- Knowledge of retail sales strategies to drive product sales within the salon.
- Excellent sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for both clients and staff.
- Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to create a positive experience for all clients.
