Responsibilities
- Assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties
- Conduct market research and analyze property values and trends
- Prepare and present listings with strong marketing strategies
- Schedule and conduct property showings
- Negotiate offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients
- Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals
What We’re Looking For
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent negotiation abilities
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- A valid real estate license (or enrollment in real estate courses)
