Overview
We are currently looking for a Highly experienced professional Personal Trainer to join our boutique fitness studio team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to helping clients achieve their health and wellness goals through personalized training programs.
- Minimum 8 years of personal training experience, Design and implement customized workout plans tailored to individual client needs and goals
- Strong knowledge of strength training, corrective exercise, mobility, and functional movement.
- Motivate and encourage clients to stay committed to their fitness routines
- Track client progress and adjust training programs accordingly
- Experience working with all age groups, including seniors
- Educate clients on nutrition, wellness, and lifestyle habits that support their fitness journey
- Professional, positive, and client-focused attitude. Foster a welcoming, supportive atmosphere that promotes client retention and satisfaction,
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service
- Passion for delivering high-end personalized training experiences
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Personal Trainer role in fitness or health coaching
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Demonstrated teaching ability with a focus on clear instruction and motivation
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
- Effective time management skills to handle multiple clients efficiently
- Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire confidence and foster positive relationships
- Relevant certifications in personal training or fitness instruction ( CPTN, CanFitpro, NASM, ACE, ISSA) are preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if required
