Job Summary
We are seeking energetic, self-motivated, and team-oriented individuals to join our aluminum window, storefront, and curtainwall fabrication department. Experience in assembling windows, storefronts, curtainwalls, or doors is an asset, but not required — we’re willing to train the right candidate.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and CNC machinery to fabricate components according to fabrication drawings
- Assemble parts and hardware with a focus on accuracy, quality, and consistency
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines
- Perform regular inspections of tools and equipment and report any maintenance needs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
- Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to learn
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to read or learn to read basic fabrication drawings
- Basic knowledge of power tools including saws, drills, and screw guns
- Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately
- Understanding of units of measurement and basic math skills
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs regularly
- Ability to bend, squat, twist, and turn repeatedly throughout the day
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong work ethic and safety-conscious mindset
