Position Overview
We are seeking dedicated, client-centric Residential Cleaning Professionals to join our team in Ajax Ontario. If you love providing exceptional customer service and take pride in doing a job well done, this role is for you. As a key member of our cleaning crew, you will ensure our clients’ homes are fresh, clean, and well-maintained, going above and beyond to exceed their expectations. This role offers both part-time and full-time opportunities, with flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs and opportunities for career progression within our growing company.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional cleaning services, including floors, surfaces, countertops, and high-touch areas, ensuring homes are spotless and clients are delighted.
- Follow Karen's Kleaning’s systematized cleaning plans to maintain consistency and excellence in every service.
- Work collaboratively with a team of 2-3 professionals to complete cleaning tasks efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and uphold our commitment to exceeding client expectations.
- Adhere to safety protocols and report any hazardous conditions to the supervisor.
- Uphold confidentiality regarding client information and business details.
- Provide outstanding customer service, building lasting relationships with clients by going above and beyond.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to work part-time or full-time; part-time positions require availability Monday through Friday (e.g., 9 AM–3 PM).
- Physically fit and able to lift 20+ lbs regularly.
- Enjoy working in a team environment with 1-2 colleagues.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service.
- Reliable transportation; a valid driver’s license is an asset (may qualify for a driver’s allowance for on-the-job travel) but not required, as we offer options for being driven or picked up from designated locations.
- Ability to pass comprehensive background checks.
- Bonded and insured through Karen's Kleaning.
