Skyreach Rope Access Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced IRATA Level 3 Rope Access Supervisor in Toronto, Ontario. This role is responsible for overseeing a Rope Access Team and the safe execution of rope access activities for various projects and ensuring compliance with IRATA/SKYREACH’S rope access standards, client requirements, and company HSE policies.
The ideal candidate is a strong field supervisor, with proven rope access experience, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to coordinate multi-discipline work scopes in various environments.
Primary Responsibilities
- Required to be a working supervisor
- Lead and supervise a rope access crew in accordance with IRATA guidelines and company safety procedures
- Promote and maintain a strong safety culture across all job sites
- Conduct pre-job hazard assessments, toolbox talks, rescue planning, and daily safety briefings
- Ensure all rope access activities are performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with client and regulatory requirements
- Monitor work execution and provide technical guidance and mentorship to rope access technicians
- Participate in incident investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives when required
- Maintain accurate reporting, safety documentation, and field communication throughout project execution
Qualifications Required
- Current IRATA Level 3 Certification required
- Previous experience leading a rope access crew
- Strong understanding of IRATA procedures, rescue techniques, and industrial safety standards
- Experience working in window replacements, caulking, painting, construction work, bird control and inspections
- Additional NDT, mechanical, inspection, or trade certifications considered an asset
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated commitment to safe work practices and incident prevention
- Ability to work at heights and in physically demanding industrial environments
- Valid driver’s license with ability to travel to client sites as required
Pay: $45.00-$60.00 per hour
