Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our dynamic dental team. The RDH will be responsible for providing high-quality preventive dental care, educating patients on oral health, and supporting the overall patient experience. Responsibilities
- Perform dental prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing procedures to maintain optimal oral health for patients.
- Take and develop dental radiographs as needed, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and personalized care plans.
- Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures, ensuring smooth workflow.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using Dentrix or other dental management software.
- Manage patient questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Support pediatric patients by creating a welcoming environment tailored to their needs.
- Ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed to maintain a safe clinical environment.
- Keep treatment rooms clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies.
Skills
- Proficiency with Cleardent practice management software (we can guide if needed).
- Background in dental assisting or familiarity with dental office operations is beneficial.
- Great customer service skills to ensure positive patient interactions and satisfaction.
- Understanding of medical terminology relevant to dental care for accurate documentation and communication.
- Empathetic to patient needs and prioritizing their care.

Pay: $50.00-$60.00 per hour
